Sustainability

Going Green.

GTE is committed to reducing our environmental impact in the hopes of a better tomorrow — for our community, our industry, and our planet.

Taking part in the sustainability movement and reducing our carbon footprint has been part of our mission towards a safer future. For the past four years, our facility in Newburgh, New York has been running on 100% Wind Power — generated from wind farms in upstate New York to support our local economies and promote local jobs.

Our manufacturing plant has also incorporated many additional green practices to further reduce our environmental impact. We believe that responsible manufacturing is not just good for the environment — it’s good for business, our employees, and the communities we serve.
